We do more admin work for this company then they do. Then they come back two weeks later and tell us we we owe penalty fees for late rent even though we made sure to pay 10 days before the due date.When our lease ends we are definitely looking at moving because we cannot live like this. Then they don’t update their records when we send proof of payment. We end up having to EFT the rent ourselves because we don’t want to be in default. We are tenants and ever since we have been working with this company they have failed to follow through with any rental collection processes. This is one of the poorest service providers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
